Exercise - What is it Really?

Bottom line is the workouts helps us stay healthy. It does not really matter what we call it, what is important is that we get our body moving and use our muscles. There are many ways of getting exercise on a daily basis that many people May not be taken into account:
• Cleaning house
• Walk the stairs instead of taking the elevator,
• Taking your dog for a nice long walk, instead of hoping it lasts around a courtyard,
• Check to see your co-worker 10 feet, instead of sending her instant messages,
• Now that you are inspired, I'm sure you can get yourself a bunch more.
Exercise plays an integral role in our health. If we allow that our body goes, it will not be there when we need it. Muscles that are not used will atrophy and become essentially useless if not used over time. Our metabolism will slow down, and we will not be so energetic and happy as we could be. Our immune system will begin to withdraw, and we become more susceptible to illness and disease. We just flat will not have the energy we used to.
These days many of us sit behind a computer, call the delivery of our food, get in the car, drive to work, sitting behind a desk, go to a restaurant for our meals (where we ended up sitting), go home to watch TV, then go to bed. Sound familiar to you? If this happens, change it. This is not a healthy life. When it is all there will be time set aside for exercise.
Ideally, everyone should take time to take care of your body. exercise program would be ideal. It should be something you do on a regular basis, something you enjoy, that will be different for everyone. And most importantly, it should become a habit and something that will do for the rest of our lives.
As with everything you need to have a balanced regime. balanced exercise routine includes flexibility, cardio and strength training. Strength or resistance training is pretty simple - usually involves some kind of weight lifting. Cardio is something that helps increase your heart rate for a period of time such as running, cycling, walking or dancing. Then, for flexibility, you could try yoga or stretching.
Now that you have to plan the next step is execution. Decide to do it, and then take action. It is as simple as that.
Not everyone is motivated, so you have to come up with reasons to want to exercise because it will generate for you. Where will you be five years from now, if exercised or not? Visualize yourself in 5 years and see what you look like, how much you weigh, what size clothing you will fit. Ask yourself these and other questions in connection with, and when you are thinking about not practicing today, go to your goals and let them motivate you to simply do it.
